	How to read your crystal ball. Firstly you must choose a suitable crystal ball. Generally, the larger the better, but the larger ones can be quite expensive. A smaller crystal ball is perefct for the beginner. The glass must be very clear with no marks or flaws. The crystal ball should be cleaned with warm soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. This will clear the ball of any stale energy and refresh it, ready for use. Try to sit somewhere quiet with no distractions. Switch electrical appliances off in the room (if possible) as these can interfere with the energy in the ball. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing is advisable to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation. The room where you are reading your crystal ball should not have too much light coming in. You can light the room with a few candles which should help images and shadows appear. Incense is paticularly nice when scrying. Try to position your crystal ball on a dark surface - this will help you see into it more clearly. Now you are ready to begin. If you know how to meditate, then you should be able to visualize images in your crytal ball more easily. The secret is not to look through your eyes, but to use your third eye. This may sound strange but with practice you will understand this more. Now relax and start looking. You may see shapes, colours, movement or even things you can't describe. Don't stare too hard or you may get cross eyed. If this happens just relax and start again. Don't expect something miraculous to happen right away. You will see something when you are ready to.
