Clear you clutter and rid your life of stale negative energy
	Space Clearing can show immediate and amazing results. Clutter around the home can produce stale, negative energy. By removing the clutter you are allowing 'chi' energy to flow easily. The basics are really simple, get rid of unwanted clutter and junk, create more space in your home and you will be amazed at the results. Clothing you have not worn for 2-3 years can be donated to charity shops or sold. Old bedding, sheets, blankets ets which you have no use for are taking up valuable space. Go through your kitchen cupboards and check all 'sell by' dates. You may be quite shocked that you have a jar of something which has been out of date for a year! Throw it all away it is no good to anyone. Check your medicine cabinet, you will be surprised at how much has a 'best before' date. Go through your drawers the amount of old letters, paper and nick nacks you have hanging around in there. Recycle it all. (I always make a point of tearing my name/address off everything i recycle). If you have children, the amount of broken toys, games with pieces missing and worn out teddy bears soon adds up. This is quite an enjoyable experience even though there may be things you don't want to part with. Keep the things which have sentimental value. Be strict with yourself though. A thorough cleaning of your home will bring lots of positive energy with it, making your home a welcome, vibrant place to be. Any plants you have which have dead leaves or are not too healthy looking need care and attention. Dispose of the dead leaves and revitalize your plants. Re-pot them re-position them and give them a bit of your time every week. Dead plants do no good for positive energy. The list is endless of ways to make your home a more cleaner, clearer place. Don't stop at home - take your uplifting ways to work. A messy desk, a bin full of paper, clutter under your desk - even a cluttered desktop on your computer needs to be cleared. How can you save things on your computer if there is no way of finding it easily? Why not clear your car too. How many of us have chocolate wrappers in our cars? Dirty ashtrays do need emptied - they don't do it by themselves. Car park tickets on your dashboard - do you need them? What is in your boot? There must be something in there which you don't need on every journey. Carrying more weight in your car also uses more fuel. What about your pets? Are their food bowls always clean? Are they comfortable when they sleep at night? Clear out your dogs bed. I'm sure there are uneaten biscuits under his blanket and half chewed bones. Now you get the picture, have a go. You may even make some money selling things which you no longer need. Also, charity shops will be grateful for the things you no longer need. The results should make you feel good about yourself and your home. Don't forget, this is just the beginning.
